It's always exciting for us to come in to the facility in the morning because so much can change in 24 hours. On Tuesday I dropped off some more media to our agronomist Giuseppe and was not expecting to be leaving with our first chilli pepper. Grown from seed, this pepper has been under his care and love for a few months. What was a disused classroom, has provided the setting for new life to form. This is a moment we will cherish as the first sign of hard work paying off.
